Terms of Service

By accessing arkgravity.com or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

Ark Gravity provides digital infrastructure services including website development, CRM, lead response systems, review automation, and related technology. Specific deliverables and scope are defined in individual service agreements.

Some services require an account. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. Recurring services are billed monthly. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment after reasonable notice.

We retain ownership of our proprietary systems, code, and platform (including Axon). Client-specific content, copy, and assets created for you belong to you. Our tools and infrastructure remain ours.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary systems without written permission.

Infrastructure we build and maintain for you operates on our platform. Active clients have full use of their system. If services are cancelled, access to the platform and managed infrastructure ends at the close of the billing period.

You agree not to:

• Use our services for illegal purposes
• Attempt to access systems or data you're not authorized to use
• Interfere with the operation of our platform
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

Our services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific results including traffic, leads, revenue, or search rankings. We work to deliver the best possible infrastructure but outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ark Gravity's liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Ark Gravity harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your content, or your violation of these terms.

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your access to managed infrastructure ends at the close of the current billing period.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.

We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
